Pricing, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains, in plain language, who we are, how our pricing works, how you pay, and how cancellations, refunds and our workmanship warranty are handled. It applies to all building maintenance, repair, fit-out and related services provided by Burj Al Wasl across Dubai and the wider UAE.

2. How our pricing works

Prices shown on this website and in any product or service listing are indicative starting prices ("from AED X"). They are a guide to help you budget, not a final invoice. Because every property and job is different, the exact price is confirmed in a written, fixed quotation after a free site visit or survey. You only proceed once you have approved that quotation. There are no hidden charges added later: any variation to the agreed scope is quoted and approved in writing before the work is done.

3. Payment terms

Payment terms (including any deposit, milestone payments and final balance) are stated on your approved quotation before work begins. We accept the payment methods listed on your quotation or invoice. We do not take payment for services through this website; the website is for information and enquiries, and all transactions are arranged directly with our team.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a booked service by contacting us by phone, WhatsApp or email. If you cancel before any work or material ordering has begun, no cancellation charge applies and any advance payment is refunded in full. If work has already started or materials have been specially ordered, we will only charge for the work completed and the materials committed, and the balance is refunded.

5. Refunds

If you have paid in advance and are entitled to a refund under section 4, or if a service was not delivered as agreed, we refund the amount due to your original payment method, normally within 7 to 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with completed work, contact us first (see section 7) so we can inspect and put it right under our warranty before any refund question arises.

6. Workmanship warranty

Our workmanship is guaranteed. If a fault appears in the work we carried out within the warranty period stated on your quotation or invoice, we will return and correct it at no additional labour cost. Manufacturer warranties on supplied parts or equipment are passed on to you as provided by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party work, or normal wear and tear.
