Meet the Team

Burj Al Wasl is a multi-trade team, which is why one company can take a job from design through MEP to finishing without subcontracting the accountability away. Every project gets a named supervisor who owns it end to end, and the trades are drawn from our own team according to what the job actually needs.

How a project team is formed

Once a quote is accepted, a supervisor is assigned and builds the team for that scope. A bathroom renovation might need a plumber, tiler, electrician and painter in sequence; a villa fit-out adds joinery, HVAC, civil and smart-home. The supervisor sequences them so trades are not working over each other.

The disciplines in our team

• Project supervision, the single point of contact and the person accountable for sequence and quality.
• Interior and fit-out, joinery, partitioning, ceilings, flooring, painting and finishing.
• MEP, electrical, plumbing and HVAC, including the submissions those works need.
• Civil and structural, concrete repair, waterproofing, blockwork and restoration.
• Smart home and low current, automation, CCTV, access control and networks.
• Pools and landscaping, construction, plant, water treatment and external works.
• Maintenance, the team that handles contract properties and emergency call-outs.

Experience

The team brings over a decade and a half of hands-on experience across Dubai property. We describe that as team experience deliberately, rather than implying a longer company history than we have.

Who you actually deal with

You deal with your supervisor, not a call centre. The same person who walked the property at quotation stage is the person you call while work is underway.
