Our quality policy is built on four commitments: we install what was specified, we inspect work before it is covered up, one supervisor is accountable for the whole job, and we correct snags before we call it finished. Quality that is only checked at handover is quality that cannot be fixed.
The brand, model and grade of material written in your quote is what goes in. If a specified item is unavailable we come to you with the alternative and the reason before substituting anything. Deliveries are checked against the quote on arrival, not accepted blind.
Concealed work is the easiest place for standards to slip because nobody can see it afterwards. Pipework, cable routes, waterproofing and substrates are checked and photographed before they are closed in. That record is part of your handover pack.
Multi-trade jobs fail at the joins between trades. A single supervisor owns the sequence, so the tiler is not working over an unfinished waterproofing layer and the painter is not chasing an electrician who has left.
We work to the requirements that apply to the job: Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence requirements on built work, DEWA requirements on electrical and water connections, SIRA requirements on security systems, and manufacturer installation instructions where a warranty depends on them.
You walk the finished work with us and list what is not right. We do not mark our own homework. Those items are closed out before completion, and anything that emerges later is covered by the workmanship warranty.
