The Garden Homes line the fronds of Palm Jumeirah, the island's most numerous villa type, each with its own stretch of beach at the end of the plot. Most are now well past handover, so owners are renovating tired interiors, rebuilding gardens against the salt air and adding the pools and smart systems the original build did not include.

What a smart Garden Home includes

Wired KNX or a wireless system where retrofit demands it, lighting and climate control, motorised shading, whole-home audio and media rooms, robust Wi-Fi and networking across a large plot, and security and CCTV. We integrate it into one interface rather than leaving you with a phone full of separate apps, and we specify it so it can be serviced and extended later rather than locking you into one closed system.

Security, CCTV and the rules that apply

Security and CCTV installations in Dubai fall under SIRA, which governs how systems are specified, installed and registered, and any electrical alteration that changes the property distribution is carried out to DEWA standards. On the Palm, fixed installation that touches the structure or exterior also runs through the Nakheel NOC and Trakhees, never Dubai Municipality, and we handle that where it applies.

Retrofit without tearing the house apart

Most Palm villas were not built with modern automation, so the real skill is retrofitting a full system into a finished home with minimal disruption, using wireless where chasing walls is not worth it and wired backbone where it counts. We plan the routes, protect the finishes and commission the system properly, so it works reliably on day one rather than becoming a running list of faults.
