The half that decides whether a garden lasts is below the surface: the sub-base and its compaction, the drainage and the soil, prepared before any paving or planting. On a beachfront plot the salt in the air and the irrigation water is what kills planting in the second and third year, so we choose salt-tolerant species, prepare and drain the soil so salt can be flushed rather than trapped, and set the irrigation to leach on a schedule.

Approvals on Palm Jumeirah, handled for you

Palm Jumeirah does not answer to Dubai Municipality. It sits under Trakhees, with Nakheel as the master developer, and the sequence is strict: the Nakheel NOC is secured first, and only then is the permit submitted to the Trakhees Civil Engineering Department. Approaching Trakhees before holding the Nakheel NOC is a common cause of rejection, and unapproved work is stopped on site. We handle the whole process, Nakheel NOC then Trakhees CED, so the project starts clean and passes inspection.
